Products & Materials

What is SPC (Stone Polymer Composite)?

SPC is an ultra-dense core material engineered from a blend of natural stone powder, polyvinyl chloride, and stabilisers. The result is a rigid, dimensionally stable panel or plank that is 100% waterproof, highly resistant to impact, and does not expand or contract significantly with changes in temperature making it ideal for both commercial and residential environments.

Are Cirveno panels suitable for bathrooms and wet areas?

Yes, all Cirveno SPC wall panels and flooring are 100% waterproof. They are specifically engineered for high-moisture, wet environments including bathrooms, shower enclosures, kitchens, laundry rooms, and commercial wet areas. No additional waterproofing membrane is required behind the panels.

What finishes and textures are available?

Cirveno surfaces feature advanced tactile technologies, including deep embossing and Soft Touch finishes. Even a textile look and feel. From the raw grain of wood to the ineral feel of stone, our textures are indistinguishable from their natural counterparts.

Does Cirveno SPC meet fire safety regulations for commercial and hospitality projects?

Ciirveno SPC Systems are inherently fire-retardant die to their high mineral core content. Our products carry the Class B1 (B-s1,d0) (flooring) and Class C (C-s3,d0) (wallpanels) certifications in accordance with EN-13501-1 standards. This ensueres minimal fire contribution, low smoke production, and zero flaming droplets, making them fully compliant with the stringent safetly requirements for hotels, offices, and public excape routes.

Installation

How does the click installation system work?

Cirveno panels feature a precision-engineered patented 2G/5G Välinge click-lock profile that allows planks and panels to be installed without adhesive on floors, and with minimal adhesive or mechanical fixing on walls. Panels lock together tightly, creating a near-seamless finish. The system is designed to be installed by skilled tradespeople and significantly reduces labour time compared to traditional tile methods. Please get in touch and we'll send you an instruction video or you can come visit our showroom and we'll do it together.

How much faster is installation compared to traditional tiles?

In most commercial applications, Cirveno SPC systems can be installed up to 5× faster than ceramic or porcelain tile. This is due to the elimination of wet trades, the click-lock system, and the ability to install directly over most existing substrates with minimal preparation and without demolition..

Can panels be installed directly over existing tiles?

Designed for seamless renovation, Cirveno systems offer the ultimate flexibility. Our wallpanels and flooring can be installed over existing hard surfaces, if they are structurally sound, flat (within 3mm over 1.8mm) and clean. Wall panels integrate effortlessy with painted plaster, existing tiles, or cement board, eliminating the need for costly demolition. For specialized substrates or large scale projects, our technical team are available to provide bespoke installation guidance.

Do you provide installation support and technical guidance?

Absolutely. Cirveno provides comprehensive installation guides, technical data sheets, and substrate preparation guidelines for all products. Our technical team is available to advise on project-specific requirements before and during installation.
